Jan Ellmore- the ‘Trunch Card’ supporting our local villages in Norfolk.

Jan Ellmore’s  ‘Trunch Village Card’ is a greeting card showing a collection of original drawings of prominent buildings in Trunch, including the majestic church of St Botolphs. The card was created to raise funds for the Village Hall and organisations within Trunch, Norfolk.
Jan has been an active member of the community since moving to Trunch in 2006, applying her considerable artistic skill as an artist and teacher to support local causes.
The inspiration behind the card, was that of a similar card of Thaxted Suffolk that was sent to a friend of hers.
Jan was provided with and took a number of photographs herself of prominent buildings in Trunch. She then made pencil drawings of each, carefully cutting them out and arranging them to fit within an A5 size card. After outlining and drawing in the buildings she completed them with watercolour pencils.
Five hundred cards were printed. All proceeds go to the 125 year old Trunch Village Hall for the maintenance and local development at the Trustees discretion.

Jan offers all her time voluntarily.

A single card is priced at £2.50
